Guidelines for the Extended Abstract Submission

  1. Submissions of extended abstracts are welcome and should be made until January 18, 2026.
  2. Authors (or corresponding author) willing to present a paper or work in progress should submit an extended abstract in English, between 1500-2500 characters long, using the button below.
  3. The extended abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Guidelines for the Full Paper Submission

  1. The authors of accepted extended abstracts are invited to submit the full paper.
  2. The full paper has a maximum length of 6 pages (including references list and appendixes).
  3. Authors should use the full paper template to prepare their own paper.
  4. After submission, an acknowledgement email will be sent. The corresponding author will receive ALL correspondence concerning the full paper and is responsible for informing his/her co-authors.
  5. Full papers must be submitted by March 20, 2026.
  6. All papers go through a review process, and revisions may be required.
  7. At least one author of the full paper should register, attend the conference, and present the paper.
  8. The conference working language is English, which will be used for all full papers, presentations and discussions.

Full papers accepted by the Scientific Committee and presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Conference Proceedings will be submitted to Thomson Reuters for indexing in Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
